Grad Special '25 - $2375
  • Everything included in the Unforgettable Package #04 (Above)

  • A photo backdrop: 1/2 Ballon garland (2 colors of choice) 

  • **At an additional cost, Full Ballon garland (up to 3 colors of choice). Please inquire about pricing.

  • Marquee letters and numbers: (GRAD & '25 ONLY)

A cleaning fee of $135 and taxes will be applied to each rental.
(Please ask about pricing for events held after hours.)
Each time slot allows for an additional hour for setup. Renters will incur an extra charge of $150 per day if all decor and rental items are not cleared from the venue by the end of the rental period. For more information on pre-set fees, please visit our "Book Your Event" tab.

A $200 incidental fee will be charged one week prior to your event through an authorization and will be released after the event, provided there are no damages and all venue rules are followed. Please review the Terms & Conditions before making a reservation.

**We operate as a cashless entity and accept most major credit cards. NO CHECKS.**

Common Grounds Events Centre, reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

The skirted tablecloth gives a perfect sleek look to round tables. Add-on at checkout for $10 each table. Color: Black

White Chair covers

White Chair covers- Add on at checkout for $2 per chair.

Bar Height
